About Jetri
Jetri is a bold, new-age education consultancy on a mission to build—and rebuild—the institutions that will educate India’s next 100 million learners. From a unique block-teaching model for a premier B-School to a values-driven education model for a K-12 school, we’ve designed, launched, and scaled audacious ideas that push education in India forward.
If the smell of fresh campus blueprints and the thrill of first-of-its-kind learning programs ignites your sense of purpose, you’ll feel at home with us.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the project Engagement Manager to create and implement internal processes for clients
- Become the data nerve-centre for assigned clients - dive into policy docs, crunch business models, map best practices, and turn them into insight decks.
- Problem-solve with senior consultants and client stakeholders including School Leaders, Administrators, Vice-Chancellors; capture action points and drive them to closure.
- Deliver primary and secondary research on mini-workstreams (like faculty, academics, or student outcomes)
Who You’ll Work With
A cross-functional squad of ex-McKinsey partners, ed-tech founders, education administrators and curriculum designers who care as much about mentorship as they do about big wins. Expect stand-ups that start with learning shout-outs, “Jetri Fridays” that bring leading voices in education to our office for chats with the team, and impromptu coffee runs that turn into policy debates.
You’re a Great Fit If
- You have 2-3 years of post-UG experience in education, management consulting, policy research, product, or a founder’s office.
- You’re an investigator at heart: you can conduct primary and secondary research and connect the dots to create not-boring reports and presentations
- Pivot-tables, PowerPoint, ChatGPT, and the Delhi Metro are tools you navigate with equal ease
- Deadlines energise you; ambiguity excites you; the phrase “That’s how it’s always been done” annoys you
